• For residential accounts, 30% of the outstanding amount needs to be paid plus reconnection fees of N$ 650.00.
•  For business accounts, 50% of the outstanding amount needs to be paid plus reconnection fees of N$ 1,600.00.

• All accounts, that are not paid in full before the 7^th of the subsequent month after billing are eligible for disconnections without any notice.
• If a client with a valid agreement has defaulted, their account may be disconnected without prior notice.

 Disconnection on request can be applied for at an amount of N$ 350.00

Connecting of water supplying pipes before the water meter is a punishable offence.

Connecting water supply pipes from the neighbour’s water networks is a punishable offence.

Any person involved in such activities shall be guilty of an offense and if convicted will be liable to a fine not exceeding N$ 10 000.00 or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months or to both such fine and such imprisonment.
